Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was comfortable, but its proximity to the train tracks affected our stay. The staff was helpful, but noise disturbances impacted our sleep quality. The location had its challenges with noise from trains but offered convenience to nearby shopping. The dining experience was subpar despite the attached rooms. The facilities met basic needs but lacked standout features.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient near everything we wanted to see in Denver, but being right next to the A-line train tracks was a bit noisy. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, with some staff going out of their way to assist me while others were downright impolite. The free birthday weekend treats and late check-out were a nice touch, but the alarm clock by the bed was annoying. The dining experience was superb with a variety of Thai dishes, but the rooms, smelling like dog poop, were a major disappointment. Overall, it was an average experience with some pleasant and unpleasant surprises.
The hotel rooms were noisy due to their proximity to the air conditioning compressors, surrounded by homeless people, and felt old and cheap, not reflecting a 3-star rating. However, the service was friendly and accommodating, with various nearby amenities. The location had some positives but also felt sketchy and hard to access. The dining options, while decent, come with an additional cost, which may not be justified. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory for the price paid.
